What you’ll do at Render:

• Deliver and refine storytelling around product needs and opportunities
• Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
• Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and design peers
• Design and ship high-quality product improvements
• Mentor and up-level work across other designers and teams

What we’re looking for:

• 5-8 years of experience working as a professional product designer
• A love of high-quality, well-crafted visual and interaction design and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently to explore concepts from beginning to end coupled with an internal drive to seek feedback and improve
• Demonstrated track record in tackling ambiguous problems and shaping them into clear outcomes
• Ability to be generative and creative in coming up with novel but simple solutions

Some projects you might work on:

• Improving Render’s app deployment and management experience
• Empowering developers to monitor and debug their apps more easily
• Updating and adding value to Render’s development tooling
• Developing new user onboarding and education
• Coming up with greenfield features and patterns

Benefits:

• Our openings span more than one career level. The starting salary for this role is between $175,000 and $190,000 USD. The provided salary depends on many factors, such as work experience and transferable skills, business needs and impact, and market demands.
